We are pleased to announce that LVA Architects has successfully obtained Development Approval (DA) for a Class 3 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) housing project in Rosebery NSW 2018.
Located close to the Sydney CBD, this project demonstrates how high-quality SDA housing can be delivered within a high-density urban neighbourhood, providing accessible and dignified living environments while integrating sensitively with the surrounding residential streetscape.
The project shows that inclusive housing should not be limited to suburban areas. Well-designed SDA can be part of vibrant inner-city communities where residents have better access to transport, services, and employment opportunities.
With DA now approved, LVA Architects is proceeding to the Construction Certificate (CC) documentation stage, preparing detailed drawings and regulated design for construction.
